The Dutchy™ is now available in four shapes and sizes

SANFORD, Florida – April 28th, 2008 – After several weeks of market research and focus group testing in the Mid-Atlantic States and Florida, de Boer Food now introduces a whole new assortment to the Dutchy™ line.

The short bread pastry shells now will come in four shapes and sizes. The original Dutchy™ will still be in its rectangular shape now measuring 9.5” x 3.5”. The Ducthy™ will also come as a 7” x 7” Square, a 7” Round and it will also have an individual 3.5” (round) size.

They are pre-filled with the perfect mixture of Rich European Custard and Premium Almond Paste. These pastry shells ship frozen and are the perfect base to simply, quickly and efficiently fill and/or decorate with fresh fruit, nuts, mousse, cream, chocolate, caramel or meringue.

The Dutchy™ will give any Bakery Case an upscale look without need of a Pastry Chef. Their simplicity lends itself for every season and occasion.

While thawing, they are the perfect canvas to quickly decorate and place on display for presentation; they will show prominently in any bakery case. These delicious desserts are great for family gatherings, birthdays or any festive occasion making an ordinary meal an extraordinary experience.
